Witherbee Memorial Hall

Witherbee Memorial Hall, a historic workingmen's club built in 1893, is located in Mineville, Essex County, New York. This impressive Shingle Style structure features a T-shaped wood-frame design with a striking gable front and a prominent second-story balcony supported by Doric columns. Currently operated by Mineville VFW Post 5802, the hall also includes a six-lane bowling center, making it a unique destination for both tourists and researchers interested in local history and architecture. It was recognized for its historical significance by being listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1991.
