Brodhead Farm

Brodhead Farm, also known as the Broadhead-Heller Farm or 'Wheat Plains,' is a historic site located in the picturesque Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area in Pennsylvania. Established in the late 1770s by American Revolutionary soldier Garret Broadhead, this large 2+1⁄2-story clapboard dwelling features a charming slate-covered gable roof with dormers. The property showcases a blend of history with its oldest log construction section and various modern barns and outbuildings. Recognized for its historical significance, Brodhead Farm was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1979, making it a fascinating destination for tourists and researchers alike.
