Providence Court

Providence Court, formerly known as St. Luke's Hospital, is a historic building located in Pittsfield, Massachusetts. Constructed in 1926, it was the first Roman Catholic hospital in Berkshire County and played a significant role in the merger of religious and non-sectarian hospitals in 1967, forming Berkshire Medical Center. The building features a striking Colonial Revival architecture with limestone trim and a distinctive T-shaped structure. After serving as a hospital, it was repurposed into elderly housing between 1978 and 1981 and was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1987.
