Pike Place Market Historic District

Pike Place Market was established in 1907 and is one of the oldest continuously operated public farmers' markets in the United States. Its historic district contains numerous intact early 20th-century commercial buildings, including brick storefronts and covered arcades that reflect the market's development as a waterfront trading hub. The area is listed on the National Register of Historic Places as the Pike Place Public Market Historic District.
