Riviera Hotel & Casino (site) - pre-demolition reports

The Riviera Hotel & Casino operated on the Las Vegas Strip from 1955 until it was demolished in 2016; it was a longtime fixture of Strip history. Prior to demolition, employees, guests, and local ghost-tour operators reported apparitions, unexplained footsteps, and other paranormal claims in older sections and upper floors of the hotel. Those accounts are part of local folklore and paranormal literature and are anecdotal rather than verified by scientific evidence.
