Beatty's Mills Factory Building

Beatty's Mills Factory Building, also known as Powell Mills, is a historic textile mill located in the Kensington neighborhood of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Constructed in 1886, this five-story red brick building showcases Italianate architectural style and is the last remaining structure of a once larger complex. The mill operated in textile manufacturing until 2000 and now hosts the Coral Street Arts House, making it a vibrant cultural site. It was recognized for its historical significance and added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2004, attracting both tourists and researchers interested in industrial history and architecture.
