Rainier Square Tower

Rainier Square Tower is a striking 850-foot tall skyscraper located in downtown Seattle, making it the second-tallest building in the city. Completed in 2020, this mixed-use development features 58 stories of luxury apartments, office space, and retail areas. The tower's unique design, characterized by a sloping appearance, was crafted by the architectural firm NBBJ. It includes nearly 200 luxury apartments and 750,000 square feet of office space, with Amazon as its primary tenant. The site also features a separate building, 400 University, which houses additional office and retail spaces.
