Fullerton City Hall

The historic Fullerton City Hall, located at 237 W. Commonwealth Ave. in Fullerton, California, was constructed between 1939 and 1942 in the Mission Revival style by architect G. Stanley Wilson. Made of poured concrete and adorned with ceramic tiles and terra cotta from Gladding, McBean and Company, this building has a rich history, having served as a police station, jail, and courthouse. The current city hall, situated at 303 W. Commonwealth Avenue, reflects New Formalism architecture, featuring front arches inspired by the original design and a terra cotta color that pays homage to the first city hall's roofing material.
