Khanqah of Nodir Devonbegi

The Khanqah of Nodir Devonbegi, located in Bukhara, Uzbekistan, is a historical memorial built in 1620-1621 by Nodir Devonbegi, the vizier of Imamquli Khan. This architectural gem serves as a residence and worship place for Sufi mystics and is part of the Labi Hovuz ensemble, which includes a picturesque pond. The structure features a symmetrical layout with two grand minaret-like towers, 28 domes, and intricately decorated walls. Initially serving as a mosque and later as a madrasa, it now houses the History Museum of Ancient Varakhsha and Applied Arts. The Khanqah is recognized as part of Uzbekistan's intangible cultural heritage, showcasing the rich history and architectural beauty of Central Asia.
