Primitive Hall

Primitive Hall is a historic brick house built in 1738 in Chester County, Pennsylvania, by Joseph Pennock, a notable merchant and member of the Pennsylvania Assembly. This unique structure, adapted from William Penn's townhouse designs, served as a family estate for over two centuries before being donated to a foundation in 1960. The house retains much of its original furnishings, including a significant table from the Chester Courthouse.
