Brisbane Square

Brisbane Square is a prominent high-rise office tower located in the heart of Brisbane City, Queensland, Australia. Standing at 151 metres with 38 floors, it serves primarily as office space, housing significant tenants such as the Brisbane City Council and the Australian Retirement Trust. The building features a retail area on its lower floors and includes a 350-space car park. Designed by the renowned architects Denton Corker Marshall, Brisbane Square is notable for its eco-friendly design, being the largest commercial office building in Australia to receive a 5-star Green Star rating. Completed in 2006, it occupies the site of the former Prudential Building and is adjacent to key landmarks like the Treasury Building and the former Law Courts Complex. The Brisbane Square also hosts a public library, making it a hub for both business and community activities.
