Van Frank Cottages

The Van Frank Cottages are a historic collection of four charming single-story houses located in Little Rock, Arkansas. Built in 1908 for civil engineer Philip R. Van Frank, these cottages showcase exquisite Colonial Revival architecture. They are significant not only for their architectural style but also as the only known structures linked to Van Frank, who was instrumental in developing the region's waterways.
