Union Arcade

The Union Arcade, located in downtown Davenport, Iowa, is a historic apartment building that was originally established as the Union Savings Bank and Trust in 1891. This seven-story structure, designed in Neoclassical and Chicago Commercial styles, showcases beautiful limestone architecture and retains many original features, including marble floors and historic doors. After a significant renovation completed in 2015, it now houses 68 market-rate apartments alongside commercial spaces.
