Edward M. Kennedy Institute for the United States Senate

The Edward M. Kennedy Institute, located on Columbia Point, is an educational museum dedicated to the life and work of U.S. Senator Edward M. Kennedy and to the history and role of the United States Senate. The institute opened in 2015 and houses a full-scale replica of the U.S. Senate chamber used for interactive educational programs. Its exhibits interpret Kennedy's legislative career and the Senate's procedures for public audiences.
