Tobin Center for the Performing Arts

The Tobin Center for the Performing Arts opened in January 2014 on the footprint of the former Municipal Auditorium and serves as a major venue for symphony, theater, dance, and touring productions in San Antonio. It is home to the San Antonio Symphony and includes multiple performance spaces, notably the H-E-B Performance Hall with roughly 1,700–1,800 seats. The center features a contemporary glass facade and riverfront access near Hemisfair Park.
