The Abuja Airplane House, located in the Asokoro district of Nigeria's capital, Abuja, is a unique architectural marvel that features a 100-foot-long airplane atop its main villa. This eye-catching structure, visible from the bustling Murtala Muhammad Expressway, is painted in the colors of the Nigerian flag and includes aircraft-themed buildings, such as a guard post designed as a control tower. Owned by civil engineer Jammal Said, the house symbolizes his love for his wife, Laiz, inspired by her passion for travel. Construction began in the late 1990s and continues today, with Jammal personally overseeing the project, making it a fascinating blend of personal history and creative design that attracts both tourists and researchers alike.
