Las Vegas Lights FC begins play at Cashman Field

Las Vegas Lights FC began play as a United Soccer League (USL) Championship franchise in 2018 and used Cashman Field as their home stadium. The team brought professional outdoor soccer matches to downtown Las Vegas, playing regular-season USL home games at Cashman during its early seasons. Cashman Field was a central venue for professional soccer in the city during that period.
