James H. Brooks House

The James H. Brooks House, built around 1880, is a notable example of Second Empire architecture located in Somerville, Massachusetts. This historic house is situated in the Prospect Hill neighborhood, adjacent to Prospect Hill Park. Its distinctive features include a mansard roof, elaborate dormers, and a three-story tower topped with an iron crested railing.
