East Kong Yick Building / Wing Luke Museum (1910 commercial-residential block)

The East Kong Yick Building, constructed in 1910, is a wood- and brick commercial-residential building in Seattle's Chinatown-International District that originally provided retail spaces and residential rooms for new immigrants. The building now houses the Wing Luke Museum of the Asian Pacific American Experience, preserving the early-20th-century storefronts, stairways, and rooming-house infrastructure reflective of that era. It is part of the historic fabric of the district and documents immigrant housing and commercial patterns from Seattle's past.
