Bank Parade drill hall

The Bank Parade drill hall, located in Burnley, Lancashire, is a historic former military installation that served as the headquarters for the 2nd Volunteer Battalion, The East Lancashire Regiment in the early 20th century. Notably, it was the mobilization point for troops heading to significant battles during World War I, including Gallipoli and the Western Front. After its military use, the hall transitioned into a popular boxing venue in the 1930s and later served the Home Guard during World War II.
