150 Nassau Street

150 Nassau Street, also known as the Park Place Tower, is a historic 23-story residential building located in Manhattan's Financial District. Completed in 1895, it was originally the headquarters of the American Tract Society and is notable for being one of the first skyscrapers built with a steel skeleton. The building features Romanesque Revival architecture and was designated a city landmark in 1999. Its unique design includes a striking facade with multiple horizontal layers and a pitched roof tower. Today, the upper floors have been converted into condominiums, making it a blend of historical significance and modern living.
