Superior Ink

Developed by The Related Companies and designed by Robert A.M. Stern Architects, the site was formerly home to the Superior Ink Factory, which faced demolition controversy. The design pays homage to the industrial history of the area, though some critics note the townhouses differ from typical Greenwich Village architecture. The complex is notable for its advanced amenities, including a distributed antenna system for improved cell reception, and has housed celebrities like Hilary Swank.
