Clyfford Still Museum - purpose-built single-artist collection

The Clyfford Still Museum opened in 2011 in a building designed by architect Brad Cloepfil to house the artist's extensive body of work donated for public access. The museum contains the majority of Still's paintings and related works and presents them in galleries organized to reflect the scale and sequencing of his pieces. The institution functions as a research and exhibition venue, mounting rotating installations drawn from the permanent collection and loans.
