Opera Block

The Opera Block, a historic building in Westville, Oklahoma, was constructed between 1911 and 1912. This versatile brick structure served various roles, including as the Westville City Hall and an opera house on its second floor. Recognized for its historical significance, it was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1984, although it was ultimately demolished in 1998. The Opera Block represents a piece of local heritage, reflecting the community's past in commercial, governmental, and entertainment activities.
