SkyJump Las Vegas at The STRAT

SkyJump Las Vegas opened in February 2010 on the Stratosphere Tower and provides a controlled free-fall descent from 829 feet above the Strip. The attraction uses a specialized decelerator and tethering system to regulate riders' descent and was promoted as the world's highest controlled descent at opening. Riders launch from a platform near the top of the tower and are guided by a cable braking system to the tower base. SkyJump is licensed and operated as a thrill-attraction at The STRAT hotel-casino.
