Academy of Natural Sciences paleontology collections

The Academy of Natural Sciences of Drexel University (founded 1812) is the oldest natural science research institution and museum in the Americas and maintains extensive paleontology collections and public fossil exhibits, including mounted dinosaur skeletons and Ice Age mammal specimens. The Academy houses research collections used by paleontologists for taxonomic and regional studies and routinely publishes paleontological research. Its public exhibits and collections document fossil-bearing strata from a range of geologic periods and regions.
