Blues Alley jazz club

Blues Alley, founded in 1965 in Georgetown, is one of Washington, D.C.'s longest-running jazz supper clubs. The venue has hosted prominent jazz artists and ensembles and has been the site of live recordings and broadcasts. It has played a continuous role in the city's postwar jazz history and local music scene.
