Highwealth Huiguo 90 is an impressive skyscraper currently under construction in the Xitun District of Taichung, Taiwan. Standing at 323.5 meters (1,061 feet) with 63 stories, it will become the tallest building in Taichung and the fourth tallest in Taiwan upon its completion in 2028. Located next to the popular Top City Shopping Mall, this architectural marvel designed by Aedas was initially planned to be shorter but was redesigned to reach its current height. The groundbreaking ceremony took place on May 9, 2024, marking a significant development in Taichung's 7th Redevelopment Zone, making it a noteworthy destination for tourists and researchers interested in modern architecture and urban development.
