Death of Conrad Roy

Conrad Henri Roy III was an American marine salvage captain who died by suicide at age 18. His girlfriend, 17-year-old Michelle Carter, had encouraged him in text messages to commit suicide after he continuously expressed to her his deeply held desire to die.
