Königsberg Stock Exchange

The Königsberg Stock Exchange, located in present-day Kaliningrad, Russia, is a historic building that survived World War II and now serves as a cultural center. Established in 1619, it underwent several relocations and reconstructions, with its final form completed in 1875 in the Northern Italian Neo-Renaissance style. The building, adorned with allegorical figures and lions, was not only a hub for financial activities but also hosted concerts and political meetings. Despite significant damage during the war, it was rebuilt by Soviet authorities in 1967, preserving its architectural significance and transforming it into a venue for cultural events.
