Mint Museum Randolph

The Mint Museum Randolph opened in 1936 as Charlotte's first public art museum and later became part of the Mint Museum institution along with the Uptown campus. It houses significant collections of American art, craft and design, and contemporary work, and has served as a longstanding cultural landmark on Randolph Road. The Randolph campus predates the Mint Museum Uptown and remains notable for its historic presence in the city's museum landscape.
