Originally constructed in the 18th century, it has undergone various transformations, particularly in the 19th century when it was redesigned in an eclectic style by architect Giuseppe Balzaretto. The villa features a striking U-shaped structure with battlements and corner towers, and its interior boasts a grand staircase and a two-story central hall adorned with historical decorations. Currently, it serves as a nursery and primary school run by the Daughters of Divine Zeal, making it a unique blend of history and education in the vibrant district of San Fruttuoso.
