Bosmal City Center

The Bosmal City Center is a striking skyscraper in Sarajevo, standing at 118 meters, making it the second tallest residential building in the Balkans. This impressive structure features a mix of residential apartments and various amenities, including restaurants, salons, and shops, catering to both locals and visitors. Developed by the Bosnian firm Bosmal, founded by brothers Nihad and Edin Šabanović, the project represents a significant investment of €120 million, marking it as the largest direct foreign greenfield investment in the country. The construction involved nearly seventy companies and provided employment for over 3,500 workers, showcasing a remarkable feat of modern architecture and economic development in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
