Rose Hill (Locust Hill, North Carolina)

Rose Hill, also known as the Bedford Brown House, is a historic plantation house built in 1802, located near Locust Hill in Caswell County, North Carolina. This Federal style dwelling features two connected blocks and includes a steep hip-roof smokehouse on the property. It served as the residence of U.S. Senator Bedford Brown and was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1973, making it a significant site for both tourists and researchers interested in American history and architecture.
