Delaware Court

Delaware Court is a historic apartment building in Indianapolis, Indiana, built in 1917. This two-story, E-shaped structure showcases Tudor Revival architecture with its striking red brick and grey limestone facade, featuring a distinctive flattened Tudor arched entrance and stepped gables. Notable for its limestone plaques adorned with heraldic escutcheons, Delaware Court was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1983 and is situated within the St. Joseph Neighborhood Historic District, making it a significant landmark for both tourists and researchers interested in architectural history.
