Markham-Albertson-Stinson Cottage

Markham-Albertson-Stinson Cottage, also known as Stinson's Ranch, was a historic Outer Banks cottage located in Nags Head, North Carolina. Built around 1916, this charming 1.5-story frame house featured a wide porch on three sides and was elevated on pilings above the water, offering picturesque views. Unfortunately, it was destroyed by Hurricane Irene in 2011, but it was recognized for its historical significance and listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2006, making it a point of interest for tourists and researchers alike.
