Elm Grange

Elm Grange, also known as Evergreen Acres, was a historic house located near Odessa, Delaware, built around 1840. This 2+1⁄2-story, five-bay L-shaped brick dwelling featured a two-story rear wing, a center hall plan, and a distinctive gable roof with dormers. Its front facade was adorned with a tetra-style porch supported by fluted columns. The house was recognized for its historical significance and listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1985, but unfortunately, it was demolished between 2007 and 2009.
