Stafford Place

Stafford Place is a historic house located at 61 Redwood Road in Appleby, New Zealand, recognized as a Category I structure by the New Zealand Historic Places Trust. Built in 1866 for Henry Redwood and his wife Mary, the house showcases Carpenter Gothic architecture. Visitors can also explore the adjacent brick stables, which were originally damaged in the 1929 Murchison earthquake but have been meticulously rebuilt to reflect their original design in the 2000s.
