Beirut International Exhibition & Leisure Center

The Beirut International Exhibition & Leisure Center (BIEL) is a vibrant multi-purpose venue in Beirut, Lebanon, that opened on November 28, 2001. It hosts a variety of events including exhibitions, conferences, concerts, and private gatherings. Notable performances at BIEL include concerts by Mariah Carey, Phil Collins, 50 Cent, Ellie Goulding, and a record-setting performance by Shakira, who attracted around 32,000 attendees. The center relocated to its current site on Emile Lahoud highway in 2018, enhancing its accessibility for both tourists and locals.
