Brennan's

Brennan's is a renowned Creole restaurant located in the historic French Quarter of New Orleans, Louisiana. Founded in 1946 by Owen Brennan, it is famous for its signature dish, Bananas Foster, which was created at its original location. The restaurant now resides in a beautifully restored 1795 mansion on Royal Street, which has a rich history, including being home to the first bank in Louisiana and the residence of celebrated chess player Paul Morphy. After facing significant damage during Hurricane Katrina, Brennan's underwent extensive renovations and reopened in 2014 under new ownership.
