King's Chapel

Founded in 1686 as an Anglican congregation, King's Chapel occupies a stone church building completed in the mid-18th century that stands on Tremont Street. The adjacent King's Chapel Burying Ground, established in the early colonial period, is one of Boston's oldest cemeteries. The congregation adopted Unitarian worship in the late 18th century and the site remains an active parish and historic landmark.
