Buenos Aires Central Post Office

The Buenos Aires Central Post Office, known as the Palacio de Correos y Telecomunicaciones, is a historic building located in the San Nicolás neighborhood of Buenos Aires, Argentina. Designed in a Neoclassical Beaux-Arts style by French architect Norbert Maillart, construction began in 1899 and was completed in 1928. Declared a National Heritage site in 1997, it served as the Argentine Post Office until 2002. Following extensive renovations, it reopened in 2015 as the Néstor Kirchner Cultural Centre, the largest cultural center in Latin America.
