HOPE Outdoor Gallery hilltop overlook (former site)

HOPE Outdoor Gallery, formerly located at 1101 Baylor St, was a community graffiti park situated on a raised parcel that provided an informal, elevated view toward West Campus and parts of the downtown skyline. The site became a well-known urban vantage point for both murals and skyline views before it was cleared in 2019 as part of site redevelopment plans; its closure and removal were reported in local news sources. The project's materials and artist programs were relocated as part of the transition away from the Baylor site.
