Old Point Loma Lighthouse hauntings

The Old Point Loma Lighthouse, located within Cabrillo National Monument, operated from 1855 to 1891 and is a preserved historic lighthouse. Local lore includes reports that former keepers and their families appear or cause unexplained noises in and around the lighthouse. These reports are part of San Diego ghost-tour narratives and are anecdotal rather than scientifically confirmed. The site is a documented historic landmark visited for both history and local legend.
