Shimao International Center

Shimao International Center is a striking 273-meter (896 feet) tall skyscraper located in Fuzhou, Fujian, China, and was completed in 2013. Initially the tallest building in the city, it serves primarily as a commercial office space and houses the luxurious InterContinental Fuzhou hotel, which features 360 rooms. The building's design includes retail space and a private club, making it a key landmark in the Taijiang District. The project began in 2007 and reflects modern architectural trends in urban development, attracting both tourists and business professionals.
