Henry Cooper House

The Henry Cooper House, also known as The Daughters of American Pioneers Museum, is a historic log cabin located in Parkersburg, West Virginia. Built in 1804, it is recognized as the first two-story log cabin in Wood County. The cabin was purchased by the City of Parkersburg in 1910, dismantled, and then reconstructed in a local park. It was officially designated as a museum in 1911 and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places since 1986, making it a significant site for both tourists and researchers interested in early American pioneer history.
