Arizona Center elevated plazas

Arizona Center is a multi-level mixed-use complex with courtyards, elevated walkways, and terraces that frame views of the downtown Phoenix skyline. Many of its upper-level plazas and interstitial spaces offer vantage points that are not obvious from street level and are used by office workers, diners, and photographers. The complex occupies a block between Central Avenue and First Avenue in the heart of downtown.
