Çiftçi Towers

Çiftçi Towers is an impressive mixed-use complex featuring two 194-meter tall skyscrapers in Istanbul's Gayrettepe neighborhood. Designed by renowned architect John McAslan, these towers are among the tallest on the European side of the city and offer stunning views of the Bosphorus and surrounding areas. The project includes residential, commercial, and office spaces, with a total of 288 apartments and extensive parking facilities. Despite its ambitious design and prime location, the development has faced significant legal and zoning challenges since its foundation in 2012, leading to delays and ongoing disputes.
