260 Collins, formerly known as St. Collins Lane, is a modern shopping mall located in the heart of Melbourne, Australia, completed in 2016. Designed by ARM Architecture, it features a unique layout beneath the Novotel Melbourne on Collins hotel and connects to various arcades leading to major city attractions. Historically, this area has been a hub for fashionable stores since the late 1800s, evolving from a social promenade known as 'The Block' to a contemporary shopping destination. Despite facing challenges with tenant occupancy, the mall hosts a variety of international brands and dining options. Currently undergoing renovations, 260 Collins aims to enhance its appeal and attract more visitors in the future.
