YMCA Central Building (Buffalo, New York)

The YMCA Central Building, now known as Olympic Towers, is a historic structure in Buffalo, New York, designed by the prominent local architects Green & Wicks and completed in 1902. This tan-brick building features sandstone accents and is notable for being home to the third oldest YMCA chapter in North America. The complex includes a striking 10-story tower and a modern 4-story glass and steel office addition from 1986, connected by a 4-story atrium. Recognized for its architectural significance, it was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983 and offers a glimpse into the city's rich history and development.
